I’m impressed with this system in that it’s probably the best fitting exhaust I’ve ever installed. After trimming the mid pipe length to fit my y-pipe and making adjustments I’ve had no issues with contact or crooked appearing fitment like I have others. I also liked that the tail pipes come aligned and sturdily welded together already. It’s a near look-a-like to the TOTL, but the exhaust tips are 3” and chrome or polished while the real deal is brushed stainless in 2.5”. It’s also louder and more aggressive than the genuine SLP TOTL I took off due to a broken internal baffle but sounds terrific. A couple warnings to future purchasers and a suggestion to the fabricators though. First off, there’s no hanger for the exhaust pipe on the passenger side, just a bracket to bolt one to. I made one out of 1.25” wide 3/16” thick flat stock bent at about 45*. Second the driver’s side hanger was about 2” too short in my case and I’ve already had it fall completely out once letting the muffler and tailpipes hang free. The 2 bars it’s made from could stand to be a little longer. Lastly I did have to purchase two 2.5” lap joint exhaust clamps for the tail pipe tips. The clamps provided are nice but the tips wouldn’t compress enough to stay on even after cutting the slot deeper. 5-star exhaust system, every one of them you buy will always need a little extra work to install correctly.
