SpinTech Performance Muffler Limited Cancellation and Return Policy:
Special order products, which include all fabricated transition fittings, low profile mufflers, race mufflers and all stainless-steel parts are NOT RETURNABLE. This includes all made-to-order mufflers, all stainless-steel systems, all race mufflers, all low profile mufflers, as well as all reverse flow (180) mufflers.
Muffler Part Numbers (SKU) on the website do not constitute a "standard muffler configuration." Part number indicates that the configuration is available through SpinTech and can be manufactured if desired as a "non-stock" item.
On all SpinTech catbacks and exhaust systems, SpinTech is not responsible for fitment up to aftermarket items. Systems are designed to fit up to factory specs. Some adjustments might be needed to accommodate aftermarket items. Although most Companies involved in the aftermarket parts manufacturing adhere to recommended factory specifications, there are occasions where some Companies might deviate from those specifications.
SpinTech is not responsible for paying ANY Custom Duties and/or Tax on orders shipped outside the United States. *
A cancellation fee on custom orders includes stainless steel systems may be charged depending on status at time of cancellation.
Any cancellations must be made over the phone in person (no voice mail messages). A cancellation number will then be issued.
No e-mail cancellation requests will be honored.
All returns will be for store credit only, NO CASH REFUNDS.
No returns will be accepted without a product return number (PRN).
Notice of shipped short, missing item must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
Any parts found to be defective will be exchanged for another of the same item or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective parts or incorrect parts will be corrected or replaced upon review by SpinTech.
Published lead times are approximate and could vary. We do our best to ship as planned but are not responsible for extended delays. We will try to accommodate your time schedule as best we can.
Items returned without a product return number (PRN) will not be processed.
A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returned items.
Any custom orders cancelled will be subject to engineering costs, TBD at time of cancellation.
There will be a 3.5% cancellation fee on credit card and PayPal purchases.
SHIPPING IS TO BE PREPAID BY CUSTOMER.

SpinTech Products originate in the United States, and could be subject to a customs duty. which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Duties collected are not collected for SpinTech, but collected by certified agent for agency represented.
* Customers requesting USPS as preferred shipping method are not guaranteed that service will be used. We will make an effort to utilize that service but USPS does not have a daily service to our door, and pick up requests are not always fulfilled. SpinTech reserves the right to ship best method with no additional shipping cost to customer.
