SpinTech Performance Muffler Limited Return Policy:
• Special order products, which include all fabricated transition fittings, low profile mufflers, race mufflers and all stainless steel parts are are NOT RETURNABLE. This includes all made to order mufflers, all race mufflers, all low profile mufflers, as well as all reverse flow(180) mufflers.
• SpinTech is not responsible for paying ANY Custom Duties and/or Tax on orders shipped outside the United States.*
• A cancellation fee on custom orders may be charged depending on status at time of cancellation.
• All returns will be for store credit only, NO CASH REFUNDS.
• No returns will be accepted without a product return number (PRN).
• Notice of shipped short, missing item must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
• Any parts found to be defective will be exchanged for another of the same item or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective parts or incorrect parts will be corrected or replaced upon review by SpinTech.
• Items returned without a product return number (PRN) will not be processed.
• A 25% restocking charge will apply on all returned items.
• Any custom orders cancelled will be subject to engineering costs, TBD at time of cancellation.
• There will be a 3% cancellation fee on credit card and PayPal purchases.
• SHIPPING IS TO BE PREPAID BY CUSTOMER.
